产品信息

该产品包含 50 nmol SNAP-Cell 505-Star 底物，足以制备 10 ml 的 5 µM SNAP-tag 融合蛋白标记溶液。

SNAP-tag 蛋白标记体系能将目标蛋白以共价结合的形式，特异性地标记上任何分子。SNAP-tag 来自人类 O6-烷基鸟嘌呤-DNA-烷基转移酶（hAGT）。SNAP-tag 的底物通过苄基与鸟嘌呤或氯嘧啶基团偶联荧光基团、生物素或微珠 。在标记反应中，底物的苄基部分被替换，与 SNAP-tag 形成共价结合。

该体系包括两个步骤：亚克隆并表达目标蛋白为 SNAP-tag 融合蛋白，以及使用所选的 SNAP-tag 底物标记融合蛋白。在 SNAP-tag 质粒的产品说明中描述了 SNAP-tag 融合蛋白的表达。有关利用 SNAP-tag 底物进行融合蛋白标记的信息如下所述。

    1. 贮存条件：SNAP-Cell 505-Star 应避光贮存在 -20℃（长期贮存）或 4℃（短期贮存，少于 4 周）条件下。底物应避光和避免受潮。如果妥善贮存在 -20℃ 下，干燥贮存的底物至少可保持三年稳定，溶解在 DMSO 中时，至少可保持三个月稳定。
