注意事项
- 贮存和处理:感受态细胞应在 -80℃ 条件下贮存。-20℃ 条件下贮存会显著降低转化效率。当细胞温度高于 -80℃ 时,即使不融化,细胞也会失去效率。
- 注意:本产品含危险物质 DMSO。处理前请先查看 MSDS。
- 在添加 Outgrowth 培养基后,用 AmpR 质粒的转化反应无需扩增培养期。使用氨苄青霉素以外的其它抗生素进行质粒筛选,在涂板筛选培养基前,需要在 30℃ 条件下扩增培养 60 分钟。30℃ 或 37℃ 都可用于平板温育,但建议在 30℃ 条件下温育,因为某些质粒在高温下可能不稳定。
