产品信息
包含多种已获专利的质粒，此类质粒经适当的限制性内切酶消化完成后，产生的 19 条条带适合用作琼脂糖凝胶电泳分子量标准。消化后的 DNA 包含 0.5 kb 到 10.0 kb 的片段。3.0 kb 片段的强度更高，可用作参照带。提供每条 DNA 条带的近似质量（当上样量为 0.5 μg 时），可对分子量大小相近的样品进行粗略定量。
随附 1 管 6X 紫色凝胶上样染料，无 SDS。
NEB 还提供此 Ladder 的 Quick-Load 紫色染料版本。

注意事项
- 此 Ladder 不适用于对 DNA 进行精确定量，但是可对分子量大小相近的样品进行粗略定量。
- 建议使用上样缓冲液稀释，并上样 0.5 μg 的 1 kb DNA Ladder。
- 所有片段均在 5´ 突出末端有 4 碱基，可使用 T4 多聚核苷酸激酶（T4 PNK，#M0201）对末端进行标记，或使用 DNA 聚合酶 I Klenow 片段（#M0210）补平（1）。使用 α-[32P] dATP 或 α-[32P] dTTP 进行补平反应。
- 1 kb DNA Ladder 可在 4℃ 环境中稳定贮存至少 3 个月。
- 长期贮存时，请贮存在 -20℃ 环境中。如需稀释样本，请使用 TE 或离子强度极低的其它缓冲液。如果使用 dH20 稀释，DNA 可能会变性。
- 1 管 6X 紫色凝胶上样染料，无 SDS：
2.5% Ficoll®-400
10 mM EDTA
3.3 mM Tris-HCl（pH 8.0@25℃）
