Monarch® DNA/RNA 保护试剂 |

Monarch® DNA/RNA 保护试剂是 Monarch 总 RNA 小量提取试剂盒的一个组分。可用于保护多种组织样本类型中的核酸。该试剂为 2 倍浓缩溶液。在使用 Monarch 总 RNA 小量提取试剂盒提取 RNA 之前，无需将该试剂去除。

Monarch® DNA/RNA 保护试剂 |

样本在 Monarch DNA/RNA 保护试剂（NEB #T2011）中以 4℃ 温育指定时长，随后使用 Monarch 总 RNA 小量提取试剂盒（NEB #T2010）进行提取。使用 100 µl 无核酸酶水洗脱样本。将从大鼠肝和血液样本中提取的 RNA 稀释 5 倍（来自 HeLa 细胞的未稀释），每个样本取 1 µl 上样到 Bioanalyzer Nano chip（HeLa 和大鼠肝脏）或 Pico chip（血液）上。RIN 值的变化表明，保护试剂随时间保护 RNA 完整性的能力。
