产品信息
该预混液与随机引物、oligo dT 引物以及基因特异性引物兼容,让 cDNA 合成更灵活。LunaScript 反转录预混液试剂盒(无引物)合成的 cDNA 产物可用于多种下游应用。在实时定量 PCR 中,建议使用混有随机引物及 oligo dT 的混合引物合成 cDNA。与 LunaScript SuperMix 反转录试剂盒(NEB #E3010)一样,无论是 1 μg 总 RNA 还是低拷贝 RNA,该预混液均能提供稳健、线性和灵敏的检测。如需合成长片段或全长 cDNA,则建议使用 oligo dT 引物。仅需 55℃ 温育 10 分钟,LunaScript 反转录预混液试剂盒(无引物)即可合成长达 9 kb 的 cDNA 产物。试剂盒还提供 No-RT 对照预混液,可快速建立对照反应体系。
