NEBNext 甲基化建库酶学转化法模块提供了一种高性能的酶学方法,能够代替重亚硫酸盐转化法来研究 DNA 甲基化。

在 EM-seq 实验流程中,由 TET2 氧化 5-mC 和 5-hmC 提供保护,避免在后续步骤中被 APOBEC 脱氨基。相反,未修饰的胞嘧啶被脱氨基成尿嘧啶。
