产品信息

低分子量 ssRNA Ladder 由 6 种 RNA 分子组成，通过 6 个线性 DNA 模板的混合物体外转录制备。 Ladder 大小：1,000、500、300、150、80 和 50 个碱基。300 bp 条带作为参照带，有双倍的亮度。此 Ladder 适合用作变性聚丙烯酰胺-尿素凝胶和变性或非变性琼脂糖凝胶的 ss RNA 分子量标准。

使用建议
此 Marker 不适用于精确定量 ss RNA 质量。

变性和非变性琼脂糖凝胶
通常 RNA 是在完全变性的琼脂糖凝胶（例如含甲醛的琼脂糖凝胶）上进行电泳（1）。然而，在许多情况下，可以在非变性琼脂糖凝胶上进行 RNA 电泳，并获得相应的数据。研究表明，在变性缓冲液中处理 RNA 样品，可以使 RNA 分子在电泳过程中保持变性状态至少 3 小时（2，3）。使用非变性琼脂糖凝胶可以避免有毒化学物质相关的问题，以及对甲醛凝胶染色和印迹时遇到的困难。

  • 注意事项

    1. 尽量减少反复冻融。最好将 Marker 分装成单次使用量。

      为避免核糖核酸酶污染：戴手套，使用无 RNase 水制备凝胶和缓冲液，用洗涤剂清洗设备，再用无 RNase 水彻底冲洗。

    2. -20℃ 长期贮存。 4℃ 短期贮存（< 1 周）。

  • 实验技巧
