NEBNext® Ultra™ 末端修复/加 dA 尾模块经过优化，可将 5 ng – 1 μg 的片段化 DNA 进行修复、转化为含有 5′ 磷酸化和 3’ 加 dA 尾的 DNA 片段。该模块经过优化，可同 NEBNext Ultra 连接模块（NEB #E7445）配合使用，是初代 Ultra 实验流程的一部分，支持采用精简的流程以 5 ng – 1 μg 起始量的 DNA 制备文库。

批次质控

所提供的单独批次均通过额外功能验证。单个试剂通过标准酶活性和质控分析，并同时满足各单独组分页面列出的严格的附加质控标准
