Next® 多样本接头引物试剂盒 2（12 种单端 Index 引物） |

NEBNext 接头采用了一种新型的发卡环状结构，能以更高的效率连接末端经修复和加 dA 尾的 DNA 片段。环状结构 DNA 中包含一个 U，当 U 被 USER™ 酶（UDG 和 Endo VIII 的混合物）切掉后，环状结构打开，使它可以成为 PCR 反应的底物。通过 NEBNext Index 引物在 PCR 步骤中引入 Barcode，从而有助于实现多重测序文库制备。

NEBNext 接头引物可与 NEBNext 产品以及其它兼容 Illumina 平台的标准文库制备流程结合使用。

还提供 12 种和 96 种单端或双端检索引物产品类型（NEB #E7335、NEB #E7710、NEB #E7730、NEB #E6609、NEB #E7600）。也提供甲基化的 NEBNext 接头（NEB #E7535），可用于重亚硫酸盐测序流程。

功能验证

每套试剂都通过构建基因组 DNA 文库并在 Illumina 平台测序验证其功能。

批次质控

所提供的单独批次均通过额外功能验证。单个试剂通过标准酶活性和质控分析，并同时满足各单独组分页面列出的严格的附加质控标准
