Next® DNA 快速文库制备试剂盒-Ion Torrent® |

NEBNext DNA 快速文库制备试剂盒-Ion Torrent 适用于起始 DNA 机械方式片段化（例如 Covaris® 超声打断）的情况。此试剂盒的组分和操作流程经过优化，适用于经机械方法打断的不同 DNA 体积及浓度，可用于检测 10 ng – 1µg 的起始量，工作流程时长不超过 2 小时，实际操作时间约为 12 分钟。
