产品信息

本产品包含六管标准品（100 pM 到 0.001 pM），可配合 NEBNext® 文库定量试剂盒（Illumina®）中的 NEBNext 文库定量预混液一起使用，为需要额外体积的用户提供方便。NEB #E7630 产品说明书中包含了使用四个或六个标准样品设置标准曲线的详细步骤说明，从而为实验流程提供了灵活性。

相较于同类型文库定量试剂盒，NEBNext 文库定量试剂盒（Illumina）提供了更简化的操作流程，并减少了批间差。

图（A）是 NEBNext 文库定量试剂盒（Illumina）在 Bio-Rad CFX96 Touch 上的典型结果，图（B）是该试剂盒在 Applied Biosystems 7500 快速实时定量 PCR 仪器上的典型结果。左图显示扩增曲线，右图显示标准曲线。两种仪器都使用了默认设置。ABI 7500 快速分析包含 1X ROX（低浓度）和 ROX 标准化。
