New England Biolabs 为每种限制性内切酶提供了一种采用颜色标记的 10X NEBuffer 反应缓冲液，确保酶保持最佳（100%）活性。我们的大多数酶都会随酶附带四种标准 NEBuffer 缓冲液中的一种。有时，四种标准 NEBuffer 缓冲液均无法满足酶对缓冲液的特定要求，在这种情况下，会随酶提供其专用的 NEBuffer 缓冲液。
