德国Schleicher＆Schuell公司Westran S PVDF膜是一种 0.2um孔径疏水性膜专用于蛋白质测序。因膜孔径小能消除蛋白“下漏”而能保留各种分子量的蛋白。
Westran S膜具有很高的蛋白吸附力（>200ug/cm2），严格的清洗下仍能保持高保留力.而且化学兼容性优良，能经受N-末端测序苛刻的清洗条件而不会对样品完整性产生危害.
